Aleksandra Stamenković, better known as Alexandra Lioness, was born on August 5, 1996, in Belgrade, Serbia. Inspired by metal bands from the ’80s, she fell in love with heavy metal at the age of 13.
In 2011, Alexandra co-founded her first rock band, Cat O’ Nine Tailz, with her sister, playing bass. Things really took off when she got her first electric guitar and decided to master it.
After Cat O’ Nine Tailz split at the end of 2013, Alexandra formed JENNER, a heavier, thrash-oriented band. Over 10 years later, JENNER is still going strong, releasing new music and playing live.
In 2018, she joined the progressive thrash band SIGMA EPSILON, bringing a fresh vibe to her playing and exploring a different side of metal music.


Alexandra also keeps busy on social media, sharing performances and connecting with fans around the world. She’s built a following of over 60K on Instagram, and it’s still growing!
In addition to her music career, Alexandra also pursued her academic ambitions. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in September 2021 and became a certified nutrition coach, combining her artistic passion with a commitment to promoting healthier lifestyles.
Over the years, Alexandra has worked as a session live or studio musician with numerous bands and artists, including Superhammer, War-Head, Hellcats, Prisoner, Chaos Rising, Claymorean, Realma, Nemesis and Black Widow Conspiracy.
Alexandra has also collaborated with several brands, such as Harley Benton, Blackfire Pickups and Safari Pedals. She is a proud partner with Guitar Pro, Guyker, Drop Strap, Playtronica, Ordyh, and Enya Music, aligning with companies that support her music and gear choices.

JENNER is a heavy/thrash metal band from Belgrade, formed in late 2013. The current lineup consists of Aleksandra Stamenković (a.k.a. Alexandra Lioness) on guitar and vocals, Anja Mirković on bass, and Marija Dragićević on drums. They have released three studio albums: To Live is to Suffer (INFERNO Records, 2017; reissued by Fighter Records, 2022), the EP The Test of Time (INFERNO Records, 2020), and the album Prove Them Wrong (Fighter Records, 2024).
Over the years, the band has performed at numerous festivals across Europe. Some of their most significant performances include headlining the main stage at Exit Festival 2023 as the opening act for Epica, and playing at Zurbaran Rock Fest in Spain alongside Crash Diet and Sonata Arctica.
Their latest album, Prove Them Wrong, has received major success, earning glowing reviews from both music critics and fans. On several music portals, including Serbian Metal Portal, it was named Album of the Year for 2024.
