Aleksandra Stamenković, a.k.a. Alexandra Lioness, was born on August 5, 1996, in Belgrade, Serbia. From a young age, she displayed an immense passion for music. At the age of 13 she first discovered her love for heavy metal music and playing the guitar.
In 2011, Alexandra co-founded the glam metal band Cat O’ Nine Tailz with her sister. In this band, Alexandra showcased her talents on the bass guitar. Despite not having her own bass guitar initially, her determination led her to rent one from a studio. Later on, her sister’s friend generously lent her his bass guitar whenever she needed it, a testament to the tight-knit music community she was a part of.
As fate would have it, Alexandra’s musical horizons expanded even further when she purchased her very first electric guitar. From the moment she began practicing, she fell head over heels in love with the instrument and dedicated herself to mastering it.
In 2013, with the disbandment of Cat O’ Nine Tailz, Alexandra decided to forge ahead with a new project, and thus the heavy metal band JENNER was born. The band became an avenue for Alexandra to showcase her musical creativity.
Alexandra’s passion and versatility as a guitarist led her to join the progressive thrash metal band SIGMA EPSILON in 2018. Embracing a new musical direction, she added even more dimensions to her already impressive repertoire.
The global pandemic of COVID-19 presented its challenges, but Alexandra refused to let it stifle her creativity. During this time, she took to social networks where she began posting videos of herself playing the guitar. Her electrifying performances caught the attention of music enthusiasts worldwide, and she quickly amassed a devoted following of almost 60K on her Instagram account.
In pursuit of her academic goals, Alexandra diligently pursued her studies and eventually graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in September 2021. However, her heart remained devoted to the world of music, and her journey as a musician was about to take off.
Throughout her career, Alexandra has collaborated with a multitude of bands, including Superhammer, War-Head, Hellcats, Prisoner, Chaos Rising, Claymorean, and Nemesis.
Her talent and artistry have also caught the eye of several esteemed brands, such as Ordyh, Cherry Dog Apparel, Drop Strap, and Playtronica. However, the pinnacle of her collaborations came in 2022 when she teamed up with the prestigious guitar brand Harley Benton.
Beyond her own musical pursuits, Alexandra has also been a guiding force for aspiring musicians. She proudly served as a guitar mentor for the esteemed “Girls’ Rock Camp” in both 2021 and 2022, fostering and inspiring the next generation of musicians.
At present, Alexandra Lioness is working hard on her first Online Guitar Course For Beginners, where she aims to share her expertise and passion with eager learners from all around the world.

JENNER is a heavy/thrash metal band from Belgrade, founded by Alexandra Lioness in December 2013. With their electrifying performances and passion for heavy music, they quickly gained local recognition.
In 2017, they released their acclaimed debut album, “To Live Is To Suffer,” on INFERNO Records. Despite lineup changes, their determination never wavered. In 2020, they released the EP “The Test of Time”, followed by the exclusive release on cassette “Demo
2015″ in 2021.
Now, with a renewed lineup and a deal with FIGHTER Records, JENNER is set to conquer new heights with a fresh album, set for release in 2023. Their unwavering dedication and electrifying energy continue to captivate metal enthusiasts worldwide.
